Personal Assistant

I have an independent movie and would like to outsource some work. I would like to have a personal assistant to help me complete various amount of tasks or find me somebody who can complete the task (if they are not capable of doing it themselves). Such tasks include, but are not limited to: generating a list of leads, converting leads into sponsors of screenings of our movie in their area, sorting through and answering email, managing daily updates of web site, expanding areas of our web site to allow for new marketing campaigns, sending out mass emails, fulfilling DVD orders to our warehouse online, etc. Due to the nature of these tasks, we need somebody who is highly proficient in English, via phone as well as email.
