Data Extraction & Data Entry of Contact Details - ACCURACY ESSENTIAL

I need someone to extract data (see attached spreadsheet for the data I need) from   [obscured]   &   [obscured]   &   [obscured]   I am developing a website in the United States and need all of this contact information. I only need yoga or pilates schools or teachers - there are around 10,000 or so. The type of school needs to be uploaded as well e.g. pilates or yoga - see spreadsheet. So you will need to visit the schools website to find this out. ACCURACY IS VERY IMPORTANT.
