We're a three-person company. We recently downsized and eliminated our full-time administrative assistant position; we are planning to outsource aspects of the position. Some of the duties, such as making collections calls to clients, require exceptionally friendly phone and email demeanor, a high level of professional English competency, as well as great spelling and general people-orientation.
