Property tax hearing preparation
I need someone to help me prepare for my hearing on July 7-12-11 before our county appraisal board. Preparation includes accessing the county appraisal district web site, going to my property listing, accessing a list of other comparable homes in my neighborhood that have been appraised at lesser values, By comparing other similar properties that have been appraised at a lesser value, I want to make a presentation that will convince the appraisal board that my home has been appraised too high. Also, I need someone to research how other factors reduce the value of my home (such as the fact that my home is located on a very busy street) Other factors that hurt the value of my house: my house is very old and has cracks in the brick veneer, and has a sloping foundatio
