I am looking for a person to assist in answering emails we receive from customers about our products. These questions include shipping times, change of address information, and questions about product functionality and use. Most days it would take less than an hour to take care of answering all emails, but at times it's hard for us to keep up with all the emails with all of the other projects we are working on. So, I need one person (or a company) who can answer emails and deal with our customers' concerns for less than an hour per day. If you are good at taking care of these things, I may be able to assign other tasks to you as well. I understand that many VA companies have very high standards for information privacy and ensuring their clients' company and personal information is not misused. In your proposal, please include an hourly amount for your services, and also include information on how our company information (such as CC information bank information) will be kept private.
