Virtual Receptionist / Admin (Job function Call screen and forward)
We are a small consulting company in California. We need a virtual receptionist that can screen calls with a pleasant greeting and either direct them to a live person, take a message, or send it to an automated voice mail. If taking a message, you should ask for a call back time that works for them and schedule the appointment. You must email the message and any appointments made by email to me. The person must be pleasant, professional, friendly, and project a positive image of our company when answering calls. It is just that simple. Since we are just starting out we do not anticipate many calls (e.g. likely less than 75 calls/month). The calls would be during PST business hours 9AM ? 6PM Monday-Friday. You must do your best and pick up all the incoming calls. You wont have to spend much time on the calls - just screen call and put them through and at times answer some basic questions (such as our address, call back information etc). Probably about 1 minute to 2 minutes per call.
