Virtual Assistant - Admin

I'm looking for a virtual assistant / admin to work with me closely on a number of ongoing projects. I'm specifically looking for skills with graphic design, SEO, web marketing and offline marketing plans and execution. I also need help creating and managing a marketing plan, tasks, and calendar for my business for 2012.
