NEEDED ASAP: Experts to take care of our Payroll and other Admin Work

Hi, I am looking for someone with expertise who can take care of our admin work, which includes but not limited to such tasks such as Payroll. So essentially, I need someone who will handle all the necessary aspects of admin. We are a start-up company so the size of the company is less than 5 people. However, as our company grows, we will be adding more workers. At the moment, I will have this job period ofr 3-4 weeks, however, if you do an exceptional job then the time period will be extended. Please state your hourly rate as well as your related experience.
