Virtual Assistant that knows wordpress

We have a webinar series coming up October 4-20th and will need updates to our wordpress site each day, including uploading audioacrobat, pdf links (pretty simple) so that people who have purchased the series can access downloads of the recordings and pdfs. Until then, we will also need to update speaker information and schedules. We also could use help in updating autoresponders through 1shoppingcart (would be happy to train perons) which requires very basic html understanding, good English, eye for typos.
