We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to work from home during our business hours (CST) as a member of our virtual tech team. Our ideal contractor has strong communication skills, and wants to grow with a company in a long-term relationship. Responsibilities Include * Provide support by investigating and resolving complicated application and system issues. * Develop expert understanding of application process flow and company's systems. * Own and drive the resolution of application issues, communicate the statuses, root cause analysis, and provide post resolution reporting. * Monitor the applications and systems alerts and attend to them proactively. * Develop and maintain effective relationships with engineering and customer support teams. * Perform any other roles and responsibilities as the requirements come up.
