JOB DETAILS: Very detailed and organized individual who can review contracts for completeness. Data entry and general office work for Real Estate office. Most of work will focus around entering in property and leads info. Employee will have opportunity to grow and learn many aspects of the Real Estate Business: Review contracts, processing files, analyzing data, emailing vendors, agents, etc. REQUIREMENTS: Strong work ethic and positive attitude. The coordinator will also assist with assigned tasks, maintaining excel spreadsheets, uploading photos and maintaining a database while always checking for accuracy. Applicant must be able to meet deadlines, be very computer savvy, all work involves computer. Must type at least 60 words per minute (you will be tested). Please don?t apply if you are not a strong computer user.
