Research and find the best immigration lawyer for an O1 petition

The The goal is to research which are the best law firms to contract for an O1 petition, based on experience, reliability, with the best chances of approval of the visa. A report comparing the different law practices with documentation is to be produced. The report must contain comparison with the Law Office of Sheela Murthy for reference. A ranked list of the top ten or fifteen law firms must be selected. The report will be for my personal use and not public consumption. Proposals must specifically mention the synopsis of what will be included in the report, perhaps a small sample.
