Real Estate Expired Listings

I require a weekly list of properties/homes that were for sale, but have since come off the market. They will be either withdrawn from sale or have failed at auction and come off the market. By compiling a list of properties for sale, using realestate.com.au or domain.com.au, you can check at a later date, whether they are still advertised for sale on the internet - if not it is likely that they have either sold or been withdrawn. It is the withdrawn properties I require. The areas I need in Australia, Melbourne are: Doncaster, East Doncaster, Templestowe, Lower Templestowe, Donvale, Warrandyte and Bulleen.
