We are looking for long-term support for our operations team in the area of: 1. Online Job Postings: - Average 12-18 new postings a month - Use two internal templates for posting layout - Create an opening paragraph value statement using content found a client websites - Pull key data from job descriptions - Create a keyword list from job description content - Target posting to be under 1000 words - Format can be word or web - Upload to Applicant Tracking System for next steps and approval 2. For our repeat clients, value statements can be repeated which will reduce the time required for posting creation. Turnaround time needs to be less than 24 hours [less than 12 hours desired]. 3. Pre-screening Questions - Client Selects from a database of 25 questions - Selected questions are add to applicant tracking system for job posting 4. Requisition Approved - Internal approval of job posting and questions is gained 5. Post Job - Using existing technology auto-post to Job Boards - Manua...
