Transcription/Virtual Assistant

We are a small physical therapy office in need of transcription services. Our current process has to many steps with a slow turn around. We are using Olympus digital voice recorders and then uploading through FTP server via internet to a local transcriptionist. We are interested in an accurate service at low cost, with the possibility of uploading/downloading via cell phone. Out-sourcing is fine.
