Transcription KIT Interviews

We will have a total of at least 10 audio recordings that will need to be transcribed. I am looking for a word-by-word transcription with time stamp approx. every 5 minutes. I need someone really good. We would like a 3-day turnaround. Each night we will upload two recordings which will be approx. 4 hours long each?so a total of 8 hours a night. The audio recordings will start on 7.20.11. I have attached a sample of how I would like to receive the transcription. I need to have someone in place by end of Monday if at all possible.
