I?ve owned my own business for 17 years and I have a new book coming out  in September. My demands from clients and speaking are going to start  to take up too much time. I need to delegate as many tasks as possible  to an assistant. My current assistant has been with me for 13 years.  However, it?s time to hire a new person who can grow with this business  and help take it to another level. The responsibility and opportunity to  grow as the development of my business grows is unlimited.  Right now, I  am overwhelmed with too many things coming at me with too many  requests.  I have lots of new business and opportunities with little  time to respond. It?s important that I have you coordinate the myriad of  details it takes to run my business - help organize me and take as many  tasks as possible out of my hands so I can do the BIG stuff
