Ophthalmic Women Leaders (OWL) is the preeminent nonprofit organization  for the professional development and advancement of women in the eye  care industry.  OWL members are ophthalmologists (eye surgeons),  ophthalmic practice staff, professionals from pharmaceutical and medical  device manufacturing companies, researchers and academics. This is a virtual position requiring internet  and phone access, with some virtual meetings taking place during USA  Pacific Coast business hours.
