Internet Research on eLearning Project Opportunities for the South Caucasus

We are looking for a research-wise person (online reserach, project data bases), possibly with experience in international projects from different funding lines (EU frameworks, TEMPUS, USAID, EXTEND, national, regional and international project activities, etc.). We work with approx. 20 eductional institutions in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. This particular short-termt activity is supposed to provide us with a first overview about current funding and project activities/lines (and related deadlines) concerning learning/teaching/media that are available/suitable for our partners in the region. From our contrator, we expect a summary report of ongoing and upcoming funding activities with a good overview on deadlines and prerequisites, as well as links to project documents.
