Letter Macro Excel to Word

I have a CSV file with customer information (Name, Address, and biometric data like heart rate, blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, etc) that needs to be transferred to a series of Word files in the form of a letter that I can send out. I need a Macro created that will pull the data from the CSV file and create a series of letters with respective health scores and identifying information. I have a rough template of the letter but it needs a little 'prettying up'.
