Territory Identification, Definition and Creation

We are creating a national licensed marketing program and we need someone that has experience in the area of territory creation. We will be targeting companies that serve the industrial marketplace and we will be using the top 100 metropolitan markets (see attached top 100 document). We are looking for specific zip codes for these areas? also we have never done a project like this before and we could use some help on what would be the best way to accomplish what we are looking for.
