Virtual Assistant/Recruiting Help Needed!

Hi there! I am putting together a team of real estate agents here in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. I need a motivated individual to call through a list of current real estate agents to gather interest for our new broker. Our goal will be to generate interest in switching from their current real estate company to ours. We have several features that we can offer them that they don't currently receive from their existing brokers, as my real estate company has spent enormously large amounts of money on leveraging technology and the internet to help us get qualified leads in.
