Audio Transcription from a Video

We have a video, less than 2 hours long, that we need a transcription of the audio. It is one speaker with very good quality audio. There are a few testimonies at the beginning and end but it is one person, speaking to the camera, with good audio. The video has time stamp, and we'd like a note of the time about every 5 minutes or so. This will be a quick and easy job for someone skilled at transcription.
