PDF or Word to Access or Excel

Hi there, I think you have just the skills I'm looking for. I have a 550 page PDF which I'm trying to convert to word (shouldn't be an issue). Once in word, I'd like to have someone get the data parsed (or Wrangled as you might say) into a flat excel table or an access database, either is fine, but it will ultimately end up in Access...
