Virtual Assistance

We run a couple of internet businesses and need help with various tasks. Main task in the beginning will be to keep track of our Bookkeeping (sales + expenses) and Sales data. We look for a Virtual Assistant with a minimum of 3 staff so we always have backup This project is a quite new startup so there are about 5 outgoing invoices and 5 incoming invoices (expenses) each week. They need to be entered in both bookkeeping and sales CRM. To start with there is also a backlog of 20-100 sales plus expenses that have not been entered so need to start with that. Today we use Zoho CRM (  [obscured]  ) to track our sales so we are looking for a VA that are very good with the ZOHO products. We are openminded to change CRM BUT we need a setup that works both with Sales and accounting. Our new VA will need to propose a good setup that is easy to understand and easy to manage. (will not spend money on new costly CRM). The VA will handle it but we need to have some access and need to know how to
