Data Entry Job

I have a pdf version of a lawyer directory that I need all the the members full contact information put into Excel so I can import it into Outlook. The directory has around 10,000 contacts. I've included part of a page from the directory to give you an idea of "all" the information that will need to be put into Excel in the proper format to be imported into Outlook.
