Virtual Assistant/Customer Service Attendant Work from Home

A position exists for a virtual assistant to join my small Holiday Rental Agency which is operated from my home office in Queensland, Australia. Excellent opportunity to work from home in your own home office environment. We sell Holiday Accommodation on the Gold Coast and receive many email enquiries a day, a large part of this role will be to respond to guest enquiries and email out quotes- promptly within 2 hours of emails being received. To be successful in this role you must; - Have a degree in English/excellent written English - Your own computer & Internet connection - Be honest & reliable - Experienced with outlook, word, excel etc Duties Required; - Emailing quotes to guests (all information is supplied to you) - General data entry - Writing blog entries & Internet text - Responding to all guest enquiries/reservation enquiries by email - Other general Admin duties via the computer Must be available Online Mon-Sat to respond to guest emails.
