Virtual Assistant Needed

I need someone to submit articles, compile client reports and do various admin tasks. Full training and support is provided. Must be reliable, must report progress weekly (possibly daily at the start). Must be available by phone, email and instant message (skype, yahoo or AIM). Exact number of hours is to be determined based on how initial work goes.
