My company is looking for someone to send emails to sellers of properties. We would like to make offers on properties that we have handpicked through our research. To do this, the person selected must complete real estate contracts by filling in the blanks on specified lines of the documents. You will also be asked to produce a P.O.F. (Proof of Funds) letter to send with the contracts for each property offer. I have a software application that will provide everything you need including email and contract templates. There is also a proof of funds letter template included to make things a little easier. Attached is a step-by-step guide on how this task should be done. Please let me know if you are interested.
