Live Virtual Receptionist Required - 24/7 Call Centre Services Needed

As a transport business based in London (GMT Time), we would like to be able to help as many customers as we can. We currently have office staff working (07:30am to 06:30pm) and are looking for a company with the ability to provide a relay in phone answering and customer service. The duty will involve: - answering calls and collecting information from caller - forwarding information collected to appropriate department by email - preparing invoices - processing payments We will be requiring about 4 - 5 hours live assistance per month but the time of the calls will greatly vary. Only an organisation with the appropriate resources in manpower will be able to assist us.
