Data Collection from yellowbooks

Capture data and create multiple industry databases and deliver information in an Excel spread sheet. There are about 10000 contacts and I need the rate for every contact or for whole contacts. I need all given information Specially these fields to be extracted 1. Name 2. Address 3. City 4. State 5. Zip 6. Phone 7. Fax 8. Email 9. Website I have set my budget at $50-$300 as I am not sure on cost for this. I am willing to pay for fast and accurate completion of the job.
