Backoffice Assistant

We're looking for 1-2 Virtual assistant who will be working with our "Contracts and Solutions" department dealing with our clients. This department is quite sensitive as its in charge to follow up the business with all our client, answer their questions, contact clients for specific enquiry and feedback, fill in our internal database and keep clients happy with a good service quality. Main task will be to : - Reply to incoming client enquiry or issue (by email) easily in fluent English (French and other langage may be an advantage) - Contact our client for specific needs (invoice, contracts, etc?) - Fill in our different internal database with some information Many thanks
