Super-Duper, Kick-Butt Assistant Needed

Super-duper, kick-butt assistant/customer support person needed! Must have strong computer skills, impeccable communication skills through email and phone, ability to love customers even though they can be a pain at times :) and superb attention to detail. We also are looking for someone with the willingness to learn and grow with our company. We're looking for a super-dedicated person that wants to work! Working hand-in-hand with the owner (not literally!), you'll grow into being responsible for providing customer support for our website development business. You'll also be responsible for managing incoming projects, sending them to the appropriate contractor, and making sure that they were completed to our standards. Wordpress, CSS, graphic design and/or HTML experience a plus since the customer support aspect will revolve around those issues.
