Customer Support for Ecommerce Site - Work from Home

Our ecommerce business is seeking a friendly, professional and reliable customer support rep to manage all aspects of our customer service. You?ll be our primary point of contact with our customers via phone, email and live chat. Prompt, polite and helpful service is critical to our brand and our business. Our customer service hours will be 8am - 5pm Pacific Time. You would need to be available during those hours as calls, chats and emails can arrive at any time. You will definitely also be able to do other things during the day, however, since the current call & email volume is not huge.
