Data Entry / Website Content Co-ordinator

Our company has a number of websites that sell thousands of products. We are currently looking for an full time employee (40 hours a week) to keep all of the product data up to date i.e. to be our Website Content Co-Ordinator. Keeping the data, images and information up to date and accurate is an important task, so we need a hard worker who is self motivated and has good attention to detail. All of the data on our website is managed using a series of excel spreadsheets. We receive data in various formats from our suppliers. We then need this data manipulated so that it fits the fields on our spreadsheets. We will provide training on how to layout the information on these spreadsheets so that our database understands them. Our co-ordinator MUST HAVE very good Microsoft Excel Skills. A familiarity with excel formulas (especially VLOOKUP, IF statements etc.) would also make the tasks easier.
