Interview with PCH

Hi, I have an mp3 file that I need transcribed into an MS Word document. The file is approx 1 hour long and is an interview. I need the upmost confidentiality as this is a sensitive interview and so a signed NDA will be required from you. I expect that this can be transcribed fairly quickly and is maximum two hours work involved, but I expect 100% accuracy.
