Looking for a VA

I am looking for a VA, my business is in expansion mode. Right now I need someone 5-10h a week. The tasks would be: Social Media Management (including finding and archiving content and syndication) Some research Some Outreach Some editing and some content re-purposing. I am looking for someone who is very organized, can work well in a team and has a kind heart and soul.
