MoneyForTraveling.com Customer Service

We're an internet based company that teaches people how to make money while traveling. We're growing rapidly and we're looking for a part-time independent contractor to cover our customer service needs. You'll be working 30 min-2 hours per day, 3 days a week. All you need is a computer (mac is prefered) with a good internet connection and a phone. You MUST be a native English speaker. You MUST have a friendly voice and a Skype with a good enough connection to make calls. Here's what we want a solid person to cover: 1) Customer Service Representative - You will be logging into our email account 3 times per week and answering common customer requests such as refunds, cancellations, and password retrieval requests. This will take 30 minutes to 2 hours per day. You will check emails and answer each request from a template we've created.
