Responding to client e-mails

What I need or require: Person or Person(s) that will be able to respond to e-mails from the hours of 9PM - 9AM EST. Around 10-20 e-mails will come in during those hours. E-mails must be replied to in five minutes or less. E-Mail templates are already setup and will only take one minute to send an e-mail. Will require little computer knowledge. Very basic job. Must be able to follow instructions! Willing to pay $1 for every e-mail sent. Minimum of $100. That means if less than 100 e-mails came in for you to reply to in one month. You will still get $100. If $200 e-mails came in. Then you will get $200. What I already have versus what the contractor will deliver: Currently we don't have anybody that can respond to these e-mails. Since there's only 10-20 e-mails in a span of 12 hours. It's not cost effective to hire anybody. Other context/requirements that contractors will need to know: Dealing with customer information.
