VA/SEO/Customer Service Support

Need someone to take over several responsibilities in an e-commerce operation. Working hours should be between GMT+8 - 11pm to 5am. 6 hours Several requirements: 1. Email handling: - Replying level 1 (possibly level 2) customer service emails, - Send follow-up emails to customers, - Send post-sales follow-up emails. 2. Need someone to also man the live chat between: GMT+8 - 11pm to 5am (next day) - 6 hours. 3. SEO work to be done in between downtime: - forum posting, web submission, liase with blogger for post and reviews. 4. Manage social media, Twitter and Facebook. Reply posts and upload photos and customers testimonials. Project's timeframe would be at least 1 full month as a trial period, upon successful consideration, the project will be prolonged indefinitely. Application such as google apps, live chat are in place; helpdesk management SaaS in mind, but depending on necessity.
