Virtual Assistant- Good Writing & Social Media Skills

Prefer someone in the US or UK. I need someone who is well rounded who can write pertinent, interesting content for clients for social media updates, help me brainstorm ideas for blog postings, comfortable calling clients for follow up, good at research. Most of all, I need someone who is a self starter: someone who if I give something to do, will complete it and get it back to me without me asking for it. Someone who does not need micromanagement, which I detest. Someone who anticipates needs. Someone who doesn't want to be bored. Someone with a sense of humor. Someone to help me stay organized.
