Blog Assistant Needed

I need a virtual assistant to help with my blog promotion and maintenance. I have a few tasks that need to be completed on a monthly basis - first month will be trial period for selected person. Need blog promotion via twitter, facebook, and commenting on related blogs. Commenting on my blog and engaging my blog readers. Editing older blog posts for accuracy, images, and relevant links. These tasks should be completed in 2-3 hrs per week.
