A spreadsheet will be provided and it will need to be updated with 2011 information. The spreadsheet will also require three new fields be added: 1. Contact person's name if contacted by phone or email. 2. Contact person's webpage link to the information and email. 3. Date contacted. A Distribution List created in Outlook will need to include all of the contact information
