Research on youth sports camps

I am looking for some research in the youth sports camp industry. I want to know about the industry standards for ratios of participants to staff. I understand that the ratio of participants to staff will be affected by the type of staff members (coaches vs parents). Also the age, gender and skill level of the participants, as well as the general competitiveness of the camp itself will dictate the proper ratio. I want to have numbers for the industry norm staff to participant ratio, with factors such as age and skill level clearly identified.
