virtual assistant for research, data entry, emails, blogging

I'm looking for a reliable virtual assistant with excellent english skills and technical skills for wordpress work, data entry, research, and perhaps some emails and phone calls. ideally available with flexible hours, averaging 4-10 hours/week, with some on-call hours and some set per week. i'd like the person to be quite familiar with wordpress (including nextgen gallery hopefully), excel, google docs, and photoshop. ability to talk on the phone, email or even video chat via skype will be important. communication skills and reliability are important - as is a quick turn around. if i provide a task on USA PST time, hopefully most days it'd be done by the next day PST time. candidates may have a quick editing/research task before final hire. thank you!...
