Transcription of mp3 phone interviews

Would like to have 4 audio recordings transcribed. These audios are from phone interviews. They each run 35 to 45 minutes long with one being 75 minutes long for a total of about 200 minute. I would like to start with one, evaluate the quality and then do more. Important factors: a) Accurate written transcriptions and relatively fast turnaround. b) A company or individual that we can use in the future as we have about 2-4 hours a month of this type of work. Please quote on either a per audio hour or a per audio minute basis. Thanks!
