Virtual Assistant

I am interested in obtaining transcription services. Basically, when I read books, I will underline passages of importance to me. I would like to put these into a chapbook of sorts -- just an electronic document where I keep memorable quotes, passages, etc. I would like to be able to dictate the passages into an MP3 (or other format file) and then have them transcribed into a word document so that I can paste in to the chapbook. There will be repeated work on this project.
