Wordpress post uploads

I have thousands of pre written articles which I want to upload to my website but I am finding it is taking far too long. These articles are written in txt documents and need copy and pasting onto wordpress posts, they already have keywords and descriptions that also need copy and pasting into the SEO plugin for each post. There are over 10,000 articles but I would be happy to do them in batches of 1,000 or 5,000. I am hoping there is an easy way in which you can copy and paste and upload each article for me as I dont want to spend a whole year just copy and pasting.
