Virtual Assistant

I am an independent traveling salesperson selling food service design and build solutions for Casinos, Restaurants, Hotels/Motels, Resorts, Cruise Lines and Amusement Parks. I need an assistant who can: Set Appointments via phone for my upcoming sales trips. I am looking for a well-spoken professional who takes pride in their work. You should have strong experience appointment setting and a knack for getting to the right person. You would not be selling anything, just helping me make a firm appointment to get my foot in the door for 5-10 minutes to simply introduce myself. A company database is provided however you will need to ask questions to identify (and then record) the name and title of the appropriate person. To start I estimate the appointment setting would take 5-8 hours per week. I would like to start with appointment setting. However, in the future, I would like to add these additional services: -Online research and possibly book travel - airfare, hotels...
