We have an online web application that requires manual registration of each individual user. Here is the process you would go through: 1) You would receive an email that an individual would like to register 2) You would enter the person's information into a Googledoc spreadsheet 3) You would go into our web application and register a "user" account (username, password, email, etc) 4) You would create an "organization" account (entering the account name & assigning the organization to have access to the site). 5) You would activate the user (clicking a button / checkbox) 6) You would allow the user to be able to see the organization data. 7) You would modify the 'templates' that display results based on a pre-determined code (created automatically upon registration). 8) Lastly, you will log-in as the user and ensure that the account access works!
